Rancangan Pulse Oksimetri Untuk Mengukur Saturasi Oksigen Dalam Darah (SpO2) Berbasis Arduino Uno
ABSTRACT
The design of pulse oximetry to measure blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) based on Arduino UNO was successfully performed. SpO2 measurements by the device are performed by acquiring photoplethysmography signals at the fingertips using a DS-100A probe consisting of infrared led (960 nm) and red (640 nm) and photodiode. The signal from the probe is amplified and filtered with a polar frequency of 0.8 Hz to 1.3 Hz. Based on the photoplethysmography signal at the tip of the index finger obtained the maximum and minimum values of 1.1697 Volt and 1.1557 Volt for the red light and 3.3946 Volt and 3.3092 Volt for infrared light so that it can be calculated AC / DC voltage of 0.0140 Volt / 1.1557 Volt for red light and 0.0854 Volt / 3.3092 Volt for infrared light. Maximum AC / DC voltage values occur at the tip of the little finger and the minimum AC / DC voltage value occurs at the tip of the thumb. The measurement value of SpO2 from the research tool was compared with the measurement of the JZK-301 type calibrator tool where the error percentage of measurement was less than 1% on each finger.
