Motif Dan Kepuasan Menonton Program Berita Islami Masa Kini Trans Tv Pada Jamaah Masjidraya Annur Di Kota Pekanbaru
Mass media especially television has choosen by audiens to get information. It’s became important role for television media to survive on their existence displayed programs which attract the audiens. The audiences needs of information media is fulfilled by impressions on mass media. According to theory Uses and Gratification explained about audiences rights to choose on which media that could filltheir needs after consumed it. Television system Indonesia using rating system as reference on making programs. One of religion program with highest rating is Berita Islami Masa Kini in Trans Tv. But nevertheless this rating system does not necessarily measure the satisfaction of audiences. The purpose of this research was to determine how much correlation motive of watching program Berita Islami Masa Kini Trans Tv and satisfaction that obtained and to determine which motive that take bigger influence against satisfaction of audiences.
The method of this research using quantitative methods with descriptive explanation. Data collection in this research using questionnaire. The study site is in Annur Great Mosque Pekanbaru. The sampling is done by using accidental sampling, with unkown population formulas and got 100 respondent. To figure out how much influence between the two variables, researcher used a simple linear regression analysis. Researcher using Statistic Product and Service Solution (SPSS) windows version 23 to processing data in this research.
These researchhas shown that the motive of watching Berita Islami Masa Kini Trans Tv is appreciable against satisfaction of watching that obtained by Annur Great Mosque Pilgrims Pekanbaru, the correlation coefficient value is upper than the standard value 0,01. This means the motive of watching Berita Islami Masa Kini Trans Tv against satisfaction of obtained of Annur Great Mosque Piligrims with determination coefficient about 58,7% and the category of influential is medium.And motive that has bigger influence against satisfaction of watching that obtained is information motive with percentage 56% for agree category.
