Pengaruh Permainan Kardus Bekas Terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Simbolik Pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun di PAUD Sabrina Kids Kecamatan Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru
Abstract: This study aims to 1) to know the ability of symbolic thinking in children aged 5-6 years in PAUD Sabrina Kids District Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru before using used cardboard game, 2) to know the ability of symbolic thinking in children aged 5-6 years in PAUD Sabrina Kids District Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru City after using used cardboard game, and 3) to know the magnitude of the influence of used cardboard game on the ability to think symbolically in children aged 5-6 years in PAUD Sabrina Kids Tenayan Raya District Pekanbaru City. The subject in this study is PAUD Sabrina Kids Pekanbaru City which amounts to 16 children. The type of research used is experimental or pre experimental design (nondesign). Based on the results of the study showed that 1) the ability of Symbolic Thinking in Children 5-6 Years in PAUD Sabrina Kids Pekanbaru City before using the Used Cardboard Game is in the medium category and badly needs teacher guidance, 2) the ability of Symbolic Thinking in Children 5-6 Years In PAUD Sabrina Kids Pekanbaru City after being given treatment (treatment) the use of the Used Cardboard Game is considered to be in the category of strong / high and means the ability to think Symbolic children well developed, 3) there is significant influence of Cardboard Game Forms of Symbolic Ability in the Age of 5 -6 Years in PAUD Sabrina Kids Pekanbaru City It is known that there is an increase in the ability to think symbolically children before and after the treatment of 53.98% and considered to be in the category of developing as expected.
