Pengaruh Citra Perusahaan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Studi KasusPT. Bintang Utara Perwakilan Dolok Sanggul)
ABSTRACT
Corporate image is the impression of an object against another object that is formed by processing information every time from various reliable sources. The effort of the company as a source of information the formation of corporate image requires a complete existence. Complete information is intended as information that can answer the needs and wants of the target object. Results Corporate image can be an extrinsic information guide for customers.
This study aims to determine the effect of corporate image on customer loyalty on the bus PT.Bintang North representative Doloksanggul as well as to test the influence of both variables. In this research the meteology used is descriptive and quantitative in SPSS program, where the sample used is Bintang Utara Doloksanggul bus customer. To determine the sample using slovin formula, sampling method with accidental sampling. Data collection techniques through interviews and questionnaires.
The result of research of company image from four dimension which is examined (characteristic, reputation, value, and corporate identity) together show significant result to customer loyalty which mean dimension of company image give real influence to customer loyalty.
