Perencanaan Proses Dan Pembuatan Engine Crane Dengan Sistem Hand Winch
The large number of cars operating on both old production lines (Output of the 90s) and new production (Output of the 2000s) makes the demand for maintenance and repair for cars increasingly increasing and continues to increase. When this maintenance or repair process is carried out, it is sometimes mechanical difficulty to lift or move components of the car due to its large and heavy size, so to help mechanics work easily, use the engine crane to move the engine. Engine crane is a workshop tool that serves to lift and move heavy components by means of a pulley system. Based on the above considerations, the authors are interested in making a tool to facilitate mechanics in the process of car maintenance and repair, namely the crane engine. As for the design and design process taken from the design that has been designed previously by S1 Engineering University students of Riau, namely brother Rahmat Hidayat. The engine crane is made using a hand winch system or manual crane. This engine crane has a lifting capacity of a maximum load weighing 300 kg equipped with a 4.2 mm diameter steel sling (wirerope) with a length of 10 m. The manufacturing process is carried out, namely the process of making the frame, the position of the pulley, the position of the wheel, the position of the hand winch and the steering handlebar.
