Pengaruh Pemberian Beberapa Formulasi Pupuk Hayati Berbasis Limbah Organik Cair Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Kedelai (Glycine Max (L.) Merill) Di Medium Gambut
Soybean production in Riau Province was not able to fulfill the needs of the community so that it was imported from other countries. One of the efforts that could be made was utilizing peatlands. Soybean cultivation on peatlands had several obstacles such as acidic pH and low of nutrient availability. One of the efforts that could be conducted was using biological fertilizers with local microbial bioactivator, Bacillus cereus and combined with various types of liquid organic waste. This study aimed to find out the effect and obtain the best biological fertilizers formulation based liquid organic waste towards soybean growth and products in peat medium. This study was carried out at the UPT Experimental Garden of Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Riau in May 2018 until July 2018. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 6 treatments namely P0 (water) P1 (B. cereus) P2 (B. cereus + rice water) P3 (B. cereus + coconut water) P4 (B. cereus + tofu water) and P5 (B. cereus + LCPKS). The data were analyzed statistically by using variance and DNMRT advanced test level of 5%. The results showed that the administration of biological fertilizers based liquid organic waste could increase the amount of chlorophyll, the percentage of effective root nodules, seed weight per plant, and weight of 100 seeds. Biological fertilizers formulation based liquid organic waste of coconut water was the best treatment to increase the percentage of effective root nodules (4,18% increase compared to controls), seed weight per plant (42,32% increase compared to controls), and weight of 100 seeds (12,58% increase compared to controls).Keywords: soybeans, peat, biological fertilizers
