Pengaruh Brand Image Dan Service Quality Terhadap Customer Satisfaction Dan Customer Loyalty Terhadap Urbanitas Tour & Travel Pekanbaru
study aims to examine the effect of Brand Image and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire method. The questionnaire was distributed to 100 customers of Pekanbaru Urbanitas Tour & Travel. The questionnaire was given to 100 respondents and can be used then processed as a whole. The collected data is processed using Path Analysis to test the effect of Brand Image and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and then test to determine the effect of Brand Image, Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Path Analysis Customer Loyalty. The results showed a significant direct effect of Brand Image and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and also showed a significant indirect effect from Brand Image and Service Quality on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction.
