Hubungan Pelaksanaan Mobilisasi Dini Terhadap Nilai Mean Arterial Pressure (Map) Pada Pasien Post Laparatomi Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Pekanbaru

Early mobilization is an immediate activity that is important for postoperative patients that is closely related to the mean arterial pressure value (MAP) which is useful for maximizing blood flow to body tissues and can prevent the risk of post-surgical complications. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the implementation of early mobilization and the mean arterial pressure of post-laparotomy patients in Arifin Achmad Hospital in Riau Province with a correlation analytic research design with a cross sectional approach. There were 30 respondents as the samples of the research. They were taken based on the inclusion criteria using purposive sampling technique. The measuring instrument used was an observation sheet consisting of three items namely right tilt and left tilt ability, the ability to elevate position to 30-45 degrees, the ability to move the upper and lower extremities to carry out early mobilization. The measuring instrument used to measure blood pressure is the sphygmomanometer then calculated based on the formula for the Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP) variable. The analyses used were univariate analysis in order to know the frequency distribution and bivariate analysis using alternative Fisher’s Exact Test. The results of this study showed that of 30 respondents post-laparotomy, 18 respondents (60.0%) were able to carry out the stages of early mobilization and those who were unable to carry out early mobilization were 12 respondents (40.0%). The majority of respondents' MAP values were normal, namely 21 respondents (70.0%) and 9 respondents (30.0%) who had abnormal MAP category (high). The results of the statistical test obtained p value (0,01) < 0.05, and the results showed that there was a significant relationship between the implementation of early mobilization and the mean arterial pressure of post laparotomy patients in Arifin Achmad Hospital in Riau Province. It is suggested to nurses to motivate patients post laparotomy to carry out early mobilization which is important in changing the value of MAP to normal and it is expected to accelerate the wound healing process of the patients.Keywords: Laparatomy, mean arterial pressure (MAP), early mobilization.References: 61 (2008-2018)
