Struktur Komunitas Ikan Di Danau Lubuk Siam Desa Lubuk Siam Kecamatan Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau
Lubuk Siam lake is an oxbow lake that has high fishery potential. The presence of the fish, however, is affected by seasons. The fish enter the lake during the wet season as the water from the Kampar River flow to the lake. This research aims to determine the structure of fish community in the lake during the dry season, March to April 2018. Fish sampling was carried out four times, once/week. The fish was captured using gill net, traps and fishing rods. Data analyzed were diversity index (H'), dominance index (C) and uniformity index (E'). There were 30 types of fish presence, they were belonged to 14 families namely Cyprinidae, Channidae, Anabantidae, Helostomatidae, Pristoplepididae, Osphronemidae, Eloetridae, Siluridae, Bagridae, Claridae, Schilbidae, Notopteridae, Belontidae and Loricarinae. Diversity index (H') 2.27 – 2.49; Similarity index (E') 0.47 – 0.58 and Dominance index (C) 0.32 – 0.44. temperatures was 27 - 300C, brightness 70 - 95 cm, depth 1.5 – 1.85 m, pH 6-7, dissolved oxygen 4.4 – 5.40 mg/L. During the dry season the structure of the fish community in the lake of Lubuk Siam is classified as medium, the most commonly found from fishermen’s catches by Thynnichthys thynnoides.Key words: Community of fish, Thynnichthys thynnoides, Oxbow lake, dry season
