This study aims to determine the diversity and similarity of agronomy and morphology of local rice accessions in West Bangkinang District and Kampar District of Kampar Regency, Riau Province. This research was conducted in September 2017 until March 2018 in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau. This research uses descriptive analysis method which includes characterization activities, diversity analysis and similarity relationship analysis. Where there are 17 accessions of local rice grown in pots. Each accession consists of five experimental sample units with a total of 85 data units. The results of 17 local rice accessions from West Bangkinang and Mine which have 1o agronomic characters and 34 morphological characters, with 1 agronomic character having uniform variants and 8 uniform variant morphological characters, 1 agronomic character having moderate variants and 2 morphological characters having moderate variants, 1 agronomic characteristics have a high variance and 1 morphological character has a high variance, 6 agronomic characters have very high variance and 21 morphological characters have very high variants. The results of the similarity analysis obtained the highest coefficient value (0.77) in Lcoku (UR6) with Situjuah (UR7) and Daro Child (UR18) with Kuok (UR26) and the lowest coefficient value (0.43) found in Sikampau (UR3) with Sicantik Manis (UR5) and Sikampau (UR3) with Aropa (UR30). From the cluster analysis obtained the similarity coefficient between 0.57-0.77, where there are two groups. In the first group consisted of three accessions. Group two is divided into two subgroups sub group IIa consisting of twelve accessions. While group three consists of two accessions.
