Pengaruh Supervisi Akademik Pengawas Sekolah Dan Kompetensi Kewirausahaan Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Integritas Guru Sekolah Dasar Di Kecamatan Tembilahan Kota Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir

The main objective of this study was to analyze the effect of school supervisors' academic supervision and entrepreneurship competency of principals on the integrity of elementary school teachers in the city of Tembilahan Kota. This research is quantitative, the study sample was 88 people, and the data was collected by a questionnaire of five choices. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed a significant effect between the academic supervision of school supervisors and the integrity of elementary school teachers, and obtained a significant influence between the entrepreneurial competency variables of school principals and teacher performance. In addition, there is a significant contribution between the variables of teacher motivation and compensation with the integrity of elementary school teachers. This finding concludes that the better academic supervision of school supervisors and entrepreneurship competencies of principals in the integrity of elementary school teachers, the better the integrity of primary school teachers. This research is expected to be useful for improving teacher integrity in carrying out their obligations when conducting learning activities and fostering students at school.
