This research aim is to analyze the entrepreneurial competencies of the headmaster of SMP Negeri 4 Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. The respondent of this research are: headmaster, vice headmaster, and all of teachers in SMP Negeri 4 Mandau, Mandau District Bengkalis Regency.
Data collection techniqued used are interview and observation. This research result are : 1) The headmaster of SMP 4 Mandau, Mandau District Bengkalis Regency is able to show the inovation by developing the idea, curiosity, brave to face the risks and develop the unique ideas, 2) The headmaster of SMP Negeri 4 Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency always do the best in every duty effectively, 3) The headmaster of SMP Negeri 4 Mandau, Mandau District Bengkalis Regency have a higher motivation to be the best, 4) The headmaster of SMP Negeri 4 Mandau, Mandau District Bengkalis Regency trying to find the best solution to face every problem, and 5) The headmaster of SMP Negeri Mandau, Mandau Regency developed entrepreneurial instincts into the vision, mission and goals of the school. It means that this research has proven that the entrepreneurial competencies of the headmaster of SMP Negeri 4 Mandau, Mandau District has been develop well.
