Kajian Sifat Kelistrikan Membran Sel Saraf ION Sodium Dan Potassium Berbasis Simulink Matlab Menggunakan Mathematica
This computional study uses Hodgin-Hugxle model to explain nerve cell membranes with special channels that can only be passed by certain ions such as Potassium and Sodium. These ions can cause transmission of the action potensial nerve cell implus. Study of biophysical computing using this model has been carried out to analyze the electrical properties of the nerve cells of these two ions. Assessment of nerve cell membrane models simulink based on Matlab with Mathematica programs. The relationship of this study is to analyze the nerve action potential stimulation or stimulation process from the minimum value to the maximum value in the range of mV. Model studies use nerve cell membrane parameters in the form of stimulation strength and duration of stimulation. The results show that the value of duration and strength of stimulation from a minimum state with a value of 27 ms stimulation duration and 15 ms stimulation strength value because of rising the response of Potassium ions and Sodium ions. The intermediate state is obtained with 41.8 ms stimulation duration and 14.8 ms stimulation strength because of the response of Potassium ions and Sodium ions increases. While the maximum condition is obtained by the value of stimulation duration to the 58.6 ms and the strength of stimulation of 19.4 ms, this is due to decreases of the response of Potassium ions an Sodium ions.
