Pengaruh Mutasi Dan Promosi Jabatan Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Riau
The background of this research is to realize the perfect ASN so that employees need to be fostered as well as possible, with the aim of coaching it is expected that every employee in a government organization can provide the best possible work performance. One form of guidance for ASN is the implementation of mutations and promotion as an incarnation of the organization which is used as one of the ways to achieve organizational goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of mutations and promotion of work performance of employees at the Riau Province Civil Service Agency
This research is quantitative descriptive. The nature of research is descriptive explanatory research. Explanatory research is to explain the position of the variables studied and the relationship between variables with other variables.
The results showed that the mutation and job promotion variables had a significant effect on the work performance of employees at the Riau Province Personnel Board. This shows that if the Riau Provincial Personnel Agency wants to improve the work performance of its employees, then approaching mutations and promotion can be achieved. Simultaneously mutations and job promotions affect the work performance of employees at the Riau Province Civil Service Agency, with a significant level of influence. Where from the determination test R2 is known that simultaneously the mutation and job promotion variables have an influence of 60.8% and the remaining 39.2% is influenced by variables not examined in this study such as leadership, organizational climate and motivation.
