Efektivitas Pelayanan Publik Pada Satuan Intelijen Keamanan (Intelkam) Polres Kuantan Singingi
This research is motivated by the importance of quality SKCK Publishing services, where there are indications of service procedures and complaints of citizens in managing and issuing them. The purpose of this study is to: 1). to find out the effectiveness of public services at the Kuantan Singingi police intelligence unit 2). to know the inhibiting factors in achieving effective service.
This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. Primary data is obtained directly through interviews from Key informants, namely the Head of the Intelligence Unit of the Kuantan Singingi Regional Police, Service Officers and Kaurmintu Intelkam and the public. Secondary data obtained from research documents.
The results showed that the Effectiveness of Public Services at the Kuantan Singingi Police Security Intelligence Unit began from the level of Ease, fairness in the arrangement, the same treatment to the level of honesty is still felt to be less effective, because there is still a lack of fairness and other constraints such as and infrastructure and factors limiting human resources. So that this research also aims to be able to provide input to the Kuantan Singingi Police Security Intelligence Unit to improve it.
