Respons Pertumbuhan Dan Perkembangan Protokorm Anggrek Sendu (Grammatophyllum Stapeliiflorum (Teijsm. & Binn.) J.J.Sm) Dengan Penambahan Bap, Pupuk Daun Dan Senyawa Organik Secara In Vitro

Grammatophyllum stapeliiflorum ((Teijsm. & Binn.) J.J.Sm.) orchid is known as wistfully orchid. This orchid has a stalk of the flower resembles the stream of the tears, flowers color dull brown with brown spots. This types of orchids have been experiencing scarcity than to do multiplication in vitro. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the addition of BAP, Growmore and organic compound like fruit extract singly or a combination using the MS medium against protocorm Grammatophyllum stapeliiflorum orchid in vitro. This study used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with the addition of banana, potato and tomatoes extracts (SO), BAP, and Growmore in single or combination on MS medium. This research showed that 1 g/L Growmore treatment best on the number of protocorms (16.00 protocorms). Treatment of 3 mg/L BAP produced the growth rate of orchid protocorm G. stapeliiflorum to phase 5 (2 leaves and roots that began to elongate), and a green protocorm color also gives best results against the parameter number of shoots (5.50 shoots) and time formed shoots (3.00 MST).
