Mapping the potential of underground water resources using geoelectric configuration method of Schlumberger in Rumbai Pesisir Subdistrict Pekanbaru City has been conducted. This study aims to map the potential of underground water resources based on the interpretation of measurement data using geoelectric resistivity method with Schlumberger electrode configuration. Measurements were made using resistivity meter at five points located in Rumbai Pesisir Subdistrict, Pekanbaru City, Relative resistivity data obtained from measurement using software called ”Progress”. Based on the results of data processing, it is possible to interpret the description in terms of depth, number of layers, and resistivity value. The result of interpretation using geoelectric method with Schlumberger configuration data in Rumbai Pesisir sub-district of Pekanbaru City varies in resistivity and depth, 39,9 Ωm - 7.789 Ωm and 4,76 m - 252 m respectively. Then, based on the contour map of groundwater depth distribution obtained from processing depth data using the software, the pattern of shallow groundwater in Rumbai Pesisir Subdistrict flows towards Lembah Damai Village with a depth of 4.5 - 13.5 m, while deep groundwater flows towards Meranti Pandak Village with a depth of 222 - 254 m.
