Pengaruh Refleksi Kaki Injak Tutup Botol Terhadap Tekanan Darah Pada Penderita Hipertensi Primer
Hypertension is a condition that results in myocardial infarction, stroke, kidney failure and death and the number of cases continues to increase every year which if not detected and treated as quickly. Management of comprehensive hypertension can be done by pharmacological methods such as drugs and non-pharmacology in reducing blood pressure, one of which is foot reflection stepping on the bottle cap. This study aims to see the effect of reflection on stepping on bottle caps in reducing blood pressure in patients with primary hypertension. This research is quasy experimental with a non equivalent control group design. Sampling of this study using purposive sampling with the number of 34 respondents each intervention group and control group. The Intervention Group stepped on the bottle cap for 15 minutes for 6 days. Blood pressure is measured before the intervention and 20 minutes after exercise. The measuring instrument used by the two groups is the spignomanometer. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate with Wilcoxon test and Mann-Whiteney. The results of the study showed that the average p value of systole = 0.001 mmHg and p value diastole = 0.013 mmHg which were both smaller than alpha values (p
