Validitas Gelombang Frekuensi Tangisan Bayi Sebagai Alat Ukur Nyeri Saat Penyuntikan Imunisasi
Crying is one of communication forms the infant. This study aimed to validate and measure the frequency of baby cry (Hertz) and establish it as a new standard reference in assessing infant pain during immunization. This study was an observational study, sampling was done according to the determination of criteria inclusion with 72 infant as respondents in Harapan raya health center, Limapuluh health center, and Rejosari health center. Measuring instrument that was being used to measure the wave frequency of crying babies was speech analyzer, and MBPS was used as the pain measurement tool and reference standard. Statistical Analysis used in this study were ROC curve diagnostic test, sensitivity and specificity test, and concurrent analysis with somers’D test.
