Efektivitas Pengelolaan Terminal Laksamana Indragiri Oleh Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir

This research has been done in Tembilahan district, the analysis focus on structural functionary, ministry of transportation and others that connection on built Terminal Laksamana Indragiri. The aim of this research is to determine how to manage Terminal Bandar Lasksamana Indragiri that has done by ministry of transportation. This research is descriptive research. The data collection technique is interview, study case. The data has been done and submit in clarification and then make the conclusion.
The result h can be conclude that ministry of transportation Indragiri Hilir to manage Terminal Laksamana Indragiri is not effective. Based on the management of Terminal Bandar Laksamana that done by ministry of transportation Indragiri Hilir. The result was found that research has three (3) functions. Ministry of transportation as a maker rules or policy, ministry of transportation as provider that contact to public transportation and ministry of transportation as a supervisor in controlling any policy and infrastructure that provider to support any services. The other instance ministry is policeman also can help other ministry in giving service to the society maximally. From the obstacles side there is a business competition between public transportation with private transportation, moreover, there is a other transportation such as non section, taxi.
