Pengaruh Pengembangan Karir, Kompetensi, Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Komitmen Organisasional Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Dinas Perindustrian Provinsi Riau
The background of this research is the significant decrease in the realization of the budget of the Department of Industry of Riau Province in 2012 to 2016 when compared to the realization in 2009. The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Career Development, Competence, and Leadership on Job Performance With Organizational Commitment As an intervening variable At the Department of Industry of Riau Province. This research uses Path Analysis Method using primary data. The data used in this study were obtained from 142 unique respondents that worked At the Department of Industry of Riau Province.
This study concluded that Competence and Leadership were statistically significance affect Organizational Commitment. However, there is no significant relation between Career Development and Organizational Commitment. Competence and Leadership were statistically significance affect Job Performance while Career Development and Organizational Commitment have no effect at all.
