Implementasi Kebijakan Penatausahaan Barang Milik Daerah Di Lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Riau (Studi Kasus Badan Pengelola Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah Provinsi Riau)

This research is motivated by the implementation of Regional Property Administration in the Riau Provincial Government as a series of activities which include bookkeeping, inventorying and reporting of regional property. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of policies on the administration of property in the area of the Riau Provincial Government and analyze the obstacles in the implementation of policies on the administration of regional property in the Riau Provincial Government.
This study uses a descriptive descriptive research method. Primary data is obtained through interviews of key information, namely goods management officials in the Riau Provincial Financial and Asset Management Agency. Secondary data is obtained from research documents.
The results showed that the communication factors that occur between regional property management officials are not good, inadequate resources both human and financial resources, the disposition in the implementation of administration of regional property runs poorly, and the bureaucratic structure in implementation has not been effective. Obstacles in the administration of regional property goods are incomplete data items, lack of human and financial resources, absence of SOPs, Property Management Officers have not carried out their authority and responsibilities properly.
