Kontribusi Budaya Organisasi Dan Reward Terhadap Kejenuhan Kerja Guru Honor SMK Negeri Se-Kecamatan Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis
The teacher is one of the professions engaged in the service sector that has the task of being a mentor tutor and is an example for his students. Therefore, with these various demands teachers are very vulnerable to burnout. This study aims to determine the contribution of organizational culture and rewards to the saturation of honorarium teacher work and to determine the contribution of organizational culture and rewards jointly to the burnout for honorarium teachers. The population in the teacher is one of the professions engaged in the service sector which has the task of being a mentor tutor and is an example for students. Therefore, with these various demands teachers are very vulnerable to burnout.
This study was all honorarium teachers of the State Vocational Schools in Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency, totaling 107 respondents. The research sample was 84 respondents by first testing 20 instruments. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis, prerequisite analysis and hypothesis testing.
Partially the results of this study indicate that there is a negative contribution between organizational culture (X1) to burnout (Y) of 22.1% and there is also a negative contribution between reward (X2) to burnout (Y) of 40.6%. While simultaneously the contribution of organizational culture (X1) and reward (X2) to the burnout (Y) of honorarium teachers is 40.1%. The conclusion of the variable organizational culture (X1) and reward (X2) has a sufficient contribution to the burnout (Y) on honorarium teachers of Mandau Vocational High Schools in Bengkalis Regency. This means that some of the honorarium teachers of the State Vocational Schools in Mandau District, Bengkalis, are experiencing enough burnout.
