Kontribusi Kecerdasan Sosial Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kompetensi Sosial Guru Di SLTA Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar
This study discusses social intelligence and organizational culture To The Social Competence of Teachers In Hihgh School In Tambang Sub-District of Kampar Distric. The subjects of this study were 88 respondents, data collection was done using questionnaires. After that, Vaiditas testing is done by using the product evaluation formula when using the SPSS program as data processing. While the reliability test uses the Cronbach alpha formula. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Obtained the contribution of social intelligence to teacher social competencies of Y = 69,502 + 0,609 (X1) 2) contribute to the linear organization of teacher social competencies with the equation Y = 59,426 + 0,660 (X2); 3) the contribution of social intelligence and organization cultural on SLTA teacher social competence in the mining sub-district of the regression campar Y = 60,976 + 0.591 (X1) + 0.074 (X2).
