Kampar Regency is a producer of aquaculture products with the highest ranking supported by a large potential of fisheries in the development of superior commodities in the aquaculture sector. Weaknesses in the management aspects of fisheries management are not included in them. Bureaucracy, among others in Kampar Regency.
This study aims to analyze Management Fisheries Development in Kampar District and analyze the factors that enhance management Fisheries Development in Kampar District. This study uses organizational governance The type of research used is descriptive research with qualitative research. The method of data collection is done by interviews, observation and documentation.
The results of this study indicate that Management Fisheries Development in Kampar Regency consists of Transparency needed in an organization, in Participation and the Fisheries Service of Kampar Regency is responsible for developing Fisheries in Kampar District which is responsible for the development of fisheries organizations in the District of UPTD Fisheries, and Coordination is done related institutions and units in the development of Fisheries Development in Kampar District have been carried out by the Fisheries Agency of the Kampar Regency. The factors that influence management Fisheries Development in Kampar Regency consist of the Objective Conflict factors, Communication factors, Contradictory factors that are ignored by Collaborative Factors, Competition Factors, Decision Making Factors, factors that support Changes and in research that improves performance that can be done by improving staff performance.
