Uji Beberapa Formula Biobakterisida Cair Berbahan Aktif Bacillus Subtilis Endofit Untuk Mengendalikan Erwinia Caratovora Penyebab Penyakit Busuk Basah Pada Tanaman Sawi (Brassica Juncea L.)
This research has been carried out at the Faculty of Agriculture's Plant Disease and Home Laboratory, University of Riau, the research was conducted from November 2018 to January 2019. This research was conducted experimentally using a completely randomized design consisting of 5 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments tested were several liquid biobactericidal formulas made from B. subtilis endophytic (F), namely: F0 = B. subtilis endophytes without formula, F1 = 100 ml inoculants B. subtilis endophytes +1000 ml palm oil liquid waste + 10 g husk ash + 100 ml molasses, F2 = 100 ml inoculants B. subtilis endophytes +1000 ml waste coconut water + 10 g husk ash + 100 ml molasses, F3 = 100 ml inoculants B. subtilis endophytes +1000 ml rice washing wastewater + 10 g husk ash + 100 ml molasses, F4 = 100 ml endophytic B. subtilis inoculants + 1000 ml tofu liquid waste +10 g husk ash + 100 ml molasses. Data were analyzed statistically with significantly different variance prints tested further the smallest difference at the level of 5%. The parameters observed were starting from attack symptoms, disease intensity, number of colonies in planting media, height of mustard plants, wet weight of mustard plants, weight of plants suitable for consumption, The results showed that the administration of formula B. subtilis endophytes with palm oil wastewater was the best formula because it can reduce the intensity of disease attacks, increase growth and increase the production of mustard plants.
