Pengaruh Penggunaan Tepung Daun Kangkung Air (Ipomoea Aquatica Forsk.) Terfermentasi Dalam Pakan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Benih Ikan Gurami (Osphronemus Gouramy)
The research was conducted in September-November 2018. The aim of the research was of determine the percentage of usage of water leaf meal flour fermented in gouramy feed to produse feed efficiency and growth of gouramy seeds. The research uses a competely randomized design (CRD) with one factor the level 5 treatment and 3 replications with the result that needing 15 experiment units. The treatment in this study was the addition of water leaf meal flour fermented P0(0%), P1(20%), P2(30%), P3(40%) and P4(50%) in feed. The result of this reseach showed the best treatment is P3, usage 40% water leaf meal flour fermented produces feed digertibility 74,8%, protein digertibility 82,6%, feed efficiency 41,83%, protein retention 33,27%, spesific growth rate 31,5% and survival rate 90%.
