Abstrak

The research is investigate to describe the managing of conservation Bukit Rimbang dan Bukit Baling Kampar Regency Riau Privince. The region of conservation is perpetualion of nature region with the porpuse are to plant collection and the nature fauna or made in, original kinds or not, that useful for research needs, knowledge, education, cultivation support, culture, tourism and recreation. Based on field observation and the data the problem is Bukit Rimbang and Bukit Baling has not been well managed by BBKSDA Riau as the party responsible because there is still a lot of forest damage done by irresponsible parties. The purpose of this research is to know the managing of Bukitl Rimbang and Bukit Baling of Kampar Regency Riau Province. The concept of theory that used is Management Function satart frome planing, organization, implementation and managing. This research used qualitative research method with investigate the data with describtive way. In collection the data the researcher used interview technique, observation and documentation. The result of thius research is produce the conclusion result that the managing did by BBKSDA Riau is still in category not optimum.there were some not optimum in planing, organization, implementation, and managing. Then there were some factor that influence the step of BBKSDA in managing of Bukit Rimbang and Bukit Baling is lack of human resources,and then inadequate facilities and infrastructure to carry out management activities
