Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Penetapan Harga, Dan Kelompok Referensi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Mebel Pada Cv. Kunteng Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This research was conducted at CV Furniture. Kunteng Pekanbaru which is located on the Garuda Sakti Pekanbaru street. The problem in this research is that the target of furniture consumers has not been achieved during the last three years, this is suspected to be a problem in the purchasing decision. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, pricing, and reference groups on furniture purchase decisions on CV. Kunteng Pekanbaru. In this study the method used was descriptive quantitative with the SPSS program. The sample of this study was 53 people from a population of 115 obtained from the calculation of Slovin formula. The data obtained from questionnaire results are then processed to then be tested through the SPSS 23. Testing of multiple linear analysis of this study is Y = 1,939+ 0,214X1 + 0,764X2 + 0,658X3
The research that has been done shows the results that respondents' responses to product quality, pricing, and reference groups in the good category while in the purchasing decision are in the fairly good category. While the t-test that has been done shows that the variables of product quality, pricing, and reference groups partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the F test show that product quality, price determination, and reference groups simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. While for the calculation of the coefficient of determination ( ), the Adjusted R Square value is 0,641. This shows that product quality, pricing, and reference groups have an effect of 64,1% on furniture purchase decisions on CV. Kunteng Pekanbaru, while the remaining 35,9% was influenced by other variables not included in this study.
