Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Dan Citra Merek Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Sepatu Bata Pada Toko Sepatu Bata MTC Giant Panam
Abstrack
This research was conducted in Bata Shoe Store MTC Giant Panam located in Jalan HR. Soebrantas KM. 12.5 Pekanbaru. The problem in this research is not achieving the company's sales target and the occurrence of sales fluctuations that tend to decline in the last four years, this is allegedly influenced by consumer purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product quality and Bata shoe brand image of Bata Shoes Store MTC Giant Panam.
In this research the method used is quantitative descriptive using the SPSS program. The population in this study are consumers who buy Bata shoe at the Shoes Store MTC Giant Panam, that amounted to 18,410 consumers. Samples taken based on the method using the Slovin formula that is 100 respondents and the method of collecting data using a questionnaire.
This study aims to determine how much influence the product quality and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions. The technique used is Accidental Sampling, data obtained using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Product Quality and Brand Image have a positive and significant impact on Purchasing Decisions.
