Strategi Pengelolaan Komunikasi Corporate Social Responsibility Pada Bidang Pemberdayaan Melalui Program Bukit Mekar PT Pertamina Ru II Dumai

PT Pertamina Refinery Unit II Dumai implements a CSR program with the purpose of helping the community's economy as well as answering the problems that occur in the operational area, especially in the Bukit Datuk Village, Dumai City. CSR RU II program has achieved the green PROPER achievement form the Ministry of Environment and Forestry. One of Pertamina's RU II Dumai CSR programs to answer management problems as well as Profit, People and Planet is through the field of empowerment in the Integrated Bukit Mekar Agriculture and Fisheries program. This study aims to find out the stages in the management of the Integrated Bukit Mekar Agriculture and Fisheries CSR program and to find out the company's efforts to make this program the first tourist spot in Dumai City.
This study used qualitative research methods. Determination of informants using purposive techniques. Data collection technique consists of interviews, observation, and documentation. While, data analysis techniques use the model of Miles and Huberman. The technique of checking the validity of the data uses an extension of participation and triangulation.
The results of this study indicate that Pertamina RU II Dumai CSR carried out four stages of the management of the Bukit Mekar Agriculture and Integrated Fisheries CSR program including: First the planning stage of the Dumai RU II CSR program conducted a Social Mapping to find out the target areas that needed program assistance and collect problems social activities in the target area. The second is organizing, which includes counseling and mentoring about the programs to be implemented, as well as the delivery of procedures and organizing program participation for the community in the Bukit Datuk Village, Dumai City. The third is oversight of the program, which includes systematic monitoring carried out by Pertamina RU II Dumai CSR and related stakeholders. Fourth is Evaluation, an evaluation of the CSR program by the company is carried out for the continuity of the program so that it continues to run and to improve the capacity and income of the community managed by Farmer Group. To see the company's efforts in providing assistance and counseling to the Bukit Mekar Group on the management of the Integrated Bukit Mekar Agriculture and Fisheries program, the company seeks to realize this CSR program into a Tourism Icon in Dumai City, namely in the Agriculture and Fisheries in Bukit Datuk Subdistrict so that people in Dumai City are motivated to develop the business sector in improving the economy, by continuing to develop CSR programs through increasing the income of the Bukit Mekar Group, the manager of the Integrated Bukit Mekar CSR and Agriculture and Fisheries program.
