Implementasi Corporate Social Responsibility (Csr) Pt Semen Padang Pada Program Bina Lingkungan Dalam Meningkatkan Corporate Image

The Indonesian government has issued a law on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) stated in Law Number 40 of 2007 article 64 which says companies that carry out business activities in the field or related to natural resources must carry out social and environmental responsibilities. One industrial company that is aware of these responsibilities is PT Semen Padang. Besides being consistent in its quality assurance and product strength, one way to build a company's image is to implement optimal CSR. One program that helps improve the company's image is to develop the environment. This study aims to determine the stages of the implementation of CSR programs and forms of programs in Community Development in improving the Corporate Image.
This research uses qulitative research method. Research subject consisted of 6 infomants selected through purposive technique. Data collection is done through observation, interview and documentation. To test the validity of data writer esed extension method of participation and triangulation.
The result of this study indicated that in implemeting the program, the stages that PT Semen Padang CSR are planning, implementation and evaluation. In the planning stage, starting with social mapping, RKA and proposals from the community.At the sosmap stage cement padang works closely with the Nagari Forum to ensure that each program fits the needs of the community. Next is the implementation stage, all the assistance that is channeled receives a positive response from the community and the dissemination of information or publication of activities, is well done by CSR of PT Semen Padang. The last stage is evaluation. This stage is the most important series of program implementations. Because this stage is used as a reference for the success of a program. There are 7 forms of programs in the field of Community Development that refer to SOE Ministerial Regulations According to the surrounding community, the company cares about the community.
