ABSTRACT
This final project discusses the making of Course Management Information Systems and Tutoring at Web Based David Pekanbaru Learning Houses. The process of managing data in the RBD still uses manual methods so that it often causes course data and tutoring to be easily damaged or lost. For this reason, an information system for Course and Tutoring Management that is web-based is made with the PHP programming language and MYSQL database as a database. To design the system using Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams, which are made using UML software (Unified modeling language). This built system will provide convenience to the administration to provide reporting to owners of David Pekanbaru Learning House every month.
