ABSTRACT

PT. Sumber Sawit Sejahtera is a company located in the sub-district of Base Kuras, Pelalawan Regency. New Employee Recruitment Information System at PT. The Web-based Prosperous Sources of Palm Oil in the District of Pangkalan Kuras, Pelalawan Regency described in this final project outline the development process based on the problems that occur in the process of recruiting new employees, such as applicants' data piled up in filing cabinets, difficulties in the recruitment process that can cause costs. To overcome the existing problems the author conducted several stages such as, literature study, observation, interviews. In the design stage, several diagrams, such as use case diagrams, class diagrams, and sequence diagrams are made as references in system development. Use case diagrams have several use cases such as logins, managing user data, managing applicant data, managing news data, managing job data, managing schedule data, working on problems, managing test results data, seeing announcement of test results, and printing test results. Class diagrams consist of several classes, including users, applicants, news, vacancies, schedules, questions, and results. Sequence diagrams describe the flow of a system that has a main process that refers to the use case. Making this information system uses HTML, PHP, Mysql, and XAMPP programming languages as databases, while in its design using UML (Unified modeling language).
