Street Fajar Ujung is a collector road connecting centers of activities such as education, offices, health, commerce and housing. This road is classified as a collector road with two undivided two-lane paths (2/2 TB). Viewing visually path Fajar Ujung there are road damage such as bumpy, collapsed, perforated, thus inhibiting the function of service as a decent means of transportation to use. This Final Project aims to determine the type of road damage and calculate the index value of the flexible pavement conditions. The method used is Method Pavement Condition Index (PCI) to determine the index value of flexure pavement conditions.
