Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Core (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, And Extending) Untuk Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Peserta Didik Pada Pokok Bahasan Stoikiometri Di Kelas X MIPA SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru
The application of the CORE (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, and Extending) learning models has been carried out. This study aims to improve student learning achievement on the subject of stoichiometry in class X MIPA Pekanbaru State High School 12. The form of the study was an experiment with a randomized control group pretest-posttest study design. The sample in this study was class X MIPA 4 as the experimental class and X MIPA 1 as the control class determined homogeneity using the two average similarity test. the experimental group was treated with the application of the CORE learning model (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, and Extending) while the control class did not use the CORE learning model (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, and Extending). Data analysis for hypothesis testing is done using the right-party t-test. Based on the results of data processing analysis, tcount > ttable is 2.38> 1.67 means that the application of the CORE learning model (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, and Extending) can improve student learning achievement on stoichiometry in class X MIPA Pekanbaru 12 SMA .
