Sintesis Dan Uji Toksisitas 3-(2-Klorofenil)-5-(3- Metoksifenil)-1-Fenil-Pirazol
Pirazol is a weak base heterocyclic compound characterized by a 5-membered ring, which consists of 3 carbon atoms and 2 nitrogen atoms that are close together. Various biological activities of pyrazole derivative compounds such as analgesics, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, treat erectile dysfunction, antidiabetic (anti-hyperglycemia), cancer treatment drugs, antifungal, antibacterial, and antiviral. Pyrazole 3- (2-chlorophenyl) -5- (3-methoxyphenyl) -1-phenyl-pyrazole (TFP-2Cl-3OMe) analogues are synthesized through oxidative aromatic reactions of pyrazolin and glacial acetic acid. Pyrazolin compounds were synthesized with microwave assistance with a power of 180 W and piazole compounds were synthesized by conventional heating using a reflux device with a temperature of 85oC. Pyrazole obtained has a yield of 52.07%. The purity of the compound was determined by TLC test, measurement of melting point and HPLC analysis. The structure of the compounds synthesized was obtained from UV spectroscopy, FTIR, and NMR studies. The toxicity of pyrazole compounds was tested by the BSLT method using udanag larvae (Artemia Salina Leach). The pyrazol compound TFP-2Cl-3OMe is toxic because has value LC50 29,154 μg / mL.
