Optimalisasi Variasi Mol Ligan Dalam Sintesis Senyawa Kompleks Tembaga(Ii)-Flavonol Tersubstitusi Klorida
Flavonol is derivate chalcone that has ability as a ligand in the synthesis of complex compounds. The synthesis of complex compounds can increased the benefit of the ligand compounds and potentially use in various applications. This research aims to determine the optimum mole ligand variation in the synthesis complex of copper (II) -flavonol substituted chloride and characterized with UV-Vis and FTIR spectrophotometry. The method used were stirrer and microwave irradiation. Variation of mole between metal and ligands used are 1: 1; 1: 2; 1: 3; 1: 4; 1: 5 and 1: 6. The results of UV-Vis spectroscopy showed a batochromic shift that occurred in the spectrum of complex compounds against the flavonol spectrum. In FTIR spectra there was a new absorption band at wavenumber 682 cm-1 showing the vibration of Cu-O in complex compounds. analysis of UV-Vis spectroscopy for optimum mole ratio 1 : 5 was shown at 1,667 of absorbance. It is conclude that the optimum mole ratio for metal and ligand is 1 : 5.
