Analisis Keandalan Sistem Proteksi Kebakaran Pada Gedung Menara Bri Pekanbaru
Fire accidents often occur at the high-rise building, so we need a reliable fire protection system for a building. Pekanbaru BRI Tower is a building that has a significant function as a money storage media that has 9 floors and 2 basements, so the fire protection system at the BRI Tower Building must comply the specified requirements.The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the reliability level of Pekanbaru BRI Tower building, so that when the building is operated, it can minimize the fires was accident at the building. This research was carried out by using two methods, the first is the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method where this method was done by comparing elements that more important than the other elements and the second was Check-list method which is used by comparing provisions that is required in accordance with Minister of Public Works Regulation No. 28 of 2008 that applied to the Pekanbaru BRI Tower Building.As, a result obtained from the two methods are in the form of numbers, where the numbers obtained have the level of each building reliability which is classified into less, sufficient or reliable for the Pekanbaru BRI Tower building. The value of building reliability of Menara BRI Pekanbaru with AHP method is 95,37%, while by Check-list method, the value is 96,03% so that both of them are in "Good" condition.
