Analisis Antrian Dan Kelayakan Layout Pada Sistem Pembayaran Di Hawaii Swalayan & Busana Pekanbaru
This research was conducted at Hawaii Supermarket & Clothing Pekanbaru with the aim to find out the model of the queue that occurred and the feasibility of the layout at the Pekanbaru Supermarket & Clothing Pekanbaru. The analysis carried out is quantitative analysis of queuing and layout models. From the observations it was found that the queuing system that applies in Hawaii Supermarket & Clothing Pekanbaru is a single channel model - single phase (M / M / 1).
Based on the results of the research obtained from the queuing model formulation using data on the average number of arrivals per hour This research was conducted at Hawaii Supermarket & Clothing Pekanbaru with the aim to find out the model of the queue that occurred and the feasibility of the layout at the Pekanbaru Supermarket & Clothing Pekanbaru. The analysis carried out is quantitative analysis of queuing and layout models. From the observations it was found that the queuing system that applies in Hawaii Supermarket & Clothing Pekanbaru is a single channel model - single phase (M / M / 1).
Based on the results of the research obtained from the queuing model formulation using data on the average number of arrivals per hour and the number of customers served per hour (μ), the results that the customers arriving per hour are 25.8667 people per hour and the number of customers served is 28.8667 people per hour. From the results of these observations obtained the average number of customers waiting in the queue as many as 8 people with an average waiting time in the queue for 18 minutes. The average number of customers in the system is 9 people with an average waiting time in the system for 20 minutes. Utilization in the queue system is 89.6075% and the probability of no customers in the system is 10.3925%. The feasibility of the layout has not met the customer's capacity because the total queue length in the system exceeds the available queue length.Keywords: Queueing Systems, Single channel - single phase (M/M/1), Layout.
