Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Terhadap Employee Engagement Dan Turnover Intention Pada Pabrik Kelapa Sawit (Pks) Pt. Kebun Pantai Raja Desa Tanjung Pauh
This study aims to determine the effects of leadership on employee engagement and turnover intention at Palm Oil Factory PT. Kebun Pantai Raja Tanjung Pauh. The population of study was 137 people and the samples were 103 people, it’s based on Slovin formula. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling. Instrument used in this study refers to the 5-point Likert scale. Path analysis with SmartPLS version 2.3.8 was used to test the hypothesis of this study. The results were: 1) Leadership had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention; 2) Leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee engagement; 3) Employee engagement had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention; 4) There was an indirect effect of leadership on turnover intention through employee engagement.
