Pengaruh Integrated Supply Chain Management (Iscm) Dan Transfer Teknologi Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Pada Ptpn V Sei Pagar

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of Integrated Supply Chain Management (ISCM) and Technology Transfer on Company Performance in PTPN V Sei Pagar. The population in this study included all PTPN V Sei Pagar employees, totaling 138 people.
Primary data is collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of research, to test the hypothesis in this study is to use multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS programs. The sampling technique that has been chosen is the census method (103 employees at PTPN V Sei Pagar).
The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant influence on integrated supply chain management (ISCM) on the performance of PTPN V Sei Pagar, 2) there was a positive and significant influence of technology transfer on the performance of PTPN V Sei Pagar.
