ABSTRACK
BPJS health Pekanbaru branch is the body used to carry out community policies, namely the National Health Insurance program (JKN) in the city of Pekanbaru. But in its implementation there are several problems in the implementation of public health program policy. The purpose of writing this thesis, namely: First, the implementation of public policy in the field of health services through BPJS Health in the city of Pekanbaru, Second, Constraints involved in the implementation of health solutions in the field of health services through BPJS Health in the city of Pekanbaru, Third, the efforts made by BPJS Health to overcome hambata -hambata in the execution of community policies in the field of health services through BPJS Health in Pekanbaru City.
This type of research can be classified in the type of sociological law research, because in the study the author directly conducted research on the location or place that was studied in order to provide detailed and clear information about the problem under study. This research was conducted at the Pekanbaru branch of BPJS Health office and also in several health facilities that became partners of the Pekanbaru BPJS Health branch, while the Population and Sample were all parties related to various problems in this study, namely data, primary data, secondary data, and test data, data entry techniques in research, interviews, and questionnaires and literature studies.
From the results of the study there are three things that can be concluded. First, in the implementation of community policies in the field of health services through BPJS Health is still not satisfactory. Second, the effort that is in the scope, which is possible, and the efforts related to improving the ability of the community in the field of health services through BPJS Health in the city of Pekanbaru. The author's suggestion, first, so that the Pekanbaru BPJS branch can carry out SOPs properly in accordance with the applicable regulations, secondly, to further enhance the role of the community and also intensify the socialization; thirdly, invite related parties to be more proactive in the implementation of public policies in the field health services through BPJS Kesehatan in the city of Pekanbaru.
