The peat water can be found in Riau, but it is not consumed. This study aims to analyze the quality of peat water in Kualu Nenas village, Kec.Kampar. The method in this study uses slow sand filtering (SPL) with angular variations and coagulant techniques using variations of alum and lime. Analysis of the quality of peat water is carried out based on physical and chemical parameters, namely pH, color / turbidity level and heavy metal iron (Fe). Based on the two sample points studied, the average pH value was obtained stating that the water was acidic, after filtering and coagulant the pH value had increased which stated the water was strong bases. Average content value of heavy metal iron (Fe) after filtering and coagulant values has decreased. The average color / turbidity level has decreased to 0 NTU. The results of this study also indicate that the average value of the greater the flow of water the greater the angle.
