Pengaruh Shift Kerja Dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Stress Kerja Pada Perawat Secara Ergonomi Di Rumah Sakit Sansani Pekanbaru
The work stress experienced by nurses is a result of excessive workload in which the number of outpatients and inpatients at the Sansani Hospital in Pekanbaru has increased every year without being matched by an increase in the number of nurses and the distribution of the number of nurses in each shift that is less appropriate. This study aims to determine the effect of work shifts and workload on ergonomic work stress on nurses at Sansani Hospital Pekanbaru.
The population in this study included all nurses at the Sansani Hospital in Pekanbaru, amounting to 78 people. The sampling technique that was selected using the saturated sample method is 78 nurses at the Sansani Hospital in Pekanbaru. This research is a quantitative research with a variant approach. Primary data were collected by questionnaire, then processed with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis techniques through the software smartPLS ver 3.0.
The results of the respondent's test showed that the majority were female, aged 25 to 35 years, had a working period of 1 to 3 years, and the last education was D3. The results also showed that: 1) there was a negative and significant influence of work shifts on work stress on nurses at the Sansani Hospital in Pekanbaru, 2) there was no significant effect of workload on work stress on nurses at the Sansani Hospital in Pekanbaru.Keywords: Work Shift, Workload, Work Stress
