Pengaruh Motivasi, Disiplin Dan Kemampuan Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Dan Kebudayaan Kota Dumai

This study aims to determine the effects of motivation, discipline, and work ability to employee work performance at Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Dumai. This research was conducted at Dinas Pendidikan Kota Dumai Office located on Jalan Tanjung Jati No. 2 Kec. Dumai Timur Kota Dumai.
The population of this study all employees of the Dinas Pendidikan Kota Dumai which amounted to 76 employess. The research using all members of the population is called total sampling atau census. In this research, there are 4 (four) variabels: work performance (Y) as dependent variabel and independent variabel consist of motivation (X1), discipline (X2), and work ability (X3). The results showed that motivation, discipline and work ability simultaneously had a significant effect on employee work performance, as well as motivation partially had a significant effect on work performance, discipline partially significant effect on work performance, and work ability partially significant effect on work performance of Office Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Dumai.
