ABSTRACT


This research is to determine the effect of Leadership, Discipline and Organizational Culture on The Performance of the State Employees at Badan Pendapatan Daerah in Dumai. The performance of the state employees at Badan Pendapatan Daerah in Dumai amounting to 74 peoples, the number of samples in this study were 74 respondents.
The Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to test the results of the research, to test the hypothesis in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS 23 version. The sampling technique that has been selected is the census method or saturated sample that makes all members of the population sampled (74 State Employees).
The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant effect of leadership on the performance of the state employees, 2) there was a positive and significant effect of discipline on the performance of the state employees, 3) there was a positive and significant effect of organizational culture on the performance of the state employees and 4) there is a positive and significant influence on leadership, discipline and organizational culture simultaneously on the performance of the state employees.
