The number of diseases in rubber plants today can make farmers confused in determining or choosing the right type of treatment according to the rubber plant. This is what makes farmers difficult to get good and maximum yields because they cannot make the right diagnosis for the rubber garden, so it causes the quality and productivity of rubber plants to decline. Web-based expert systems can be used to help solve problems in terms of helping each farmer to diagnose appropriate and effective treatments. The method used in diagnosing pests in rubber plants is the Bayes Method, where each alternative will be done ranking to get the best results. The results will be obtained in the form of pest data, probability values and solutions that will be used as a tool in developing farmers' decisions. The system built is expected to be able to help farmers in solving treatment problems in rubber plants in order to get high-quality and high-yield crops.
