Potensi Bakteri Fiksasi N Non Simbiotik Lokal Riau Dalam Menghasilkan Biosurfaktan Pada Substrat Crude Palm Oil (Cpo)
Crude Palm Oil (CPO) spill in the water caused negative impact such as water quality and killing some organisms. One alternative process with biological treatment through bioremediation method using biosurfactant producing microorganisms that are not toxic and environmentally friendly. This research aims to determine the ability of isolates the fixation N bacteria non symbiotic local Riau NR 22, NR 28 and NR 30 in producing biosurfactants and determine their emulsification activity. Qualitative test of biosurfactant producing bacteria using oil spreading technique and emulsification activity. Quantitative test conducted by measuring the surface tension at Minimal Salt Medium (MSM) Incubation 5 days. The result of the three isolates of the bacteria NR 22, NR 28 and NR 30 in the oil spreading technique test obtained consecutive clear zones of 4.39 cm, 3.14 cm and 4.15 cm and can be emulsifiers of 90.78%, 91.75%, and 93.33%. Bacterial isolates NR22, NR28 and NR30 in MSM can reduce the surface tension by 11.2 dyne/cm, 9.6 dyne/cm, 10 dyne/cm. Three isolates of the fixation bacteria N non symbiotic local Riau can be developed for the production of biosurfactants that can be utilized to bioremediation, oil recovery, food and pharmaceutical industry.
