ABSTRAK
This sudy aims to determine the effects of occupational health and safety, manual handling risk to employees productivity at PT.Riau Sakti United Platation-Industry.
Primary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the research, to test the hypothesis in this study is usingmultiple regression with SPSS (Statistical Program For Social Sciences). The sampling technique is a method that has been selected census (80 employees at PT.Riau Sakti United Platation-Industry).
The results showed thad :1) there is a significant effect of occupational health and safety on the productivity of the employees at PT.Riau Sakti United Platation-Industry. 2) there is a significant of manual handling risk on the productivity of the employees at PT.Riau Sakti United PlatatioIndustry
